About Us

Blake joined Campbell Roofing in 2004 as Customer Service Rep. He was promoted to Operations Manager/GM in 2011 and became an owner in 2015.

Blake’s responsibilities include operations, team building and strategic development. He also holds the contractor license for Campbell Roofing. Prior to Campbell Roofing, Blake worked in non-profit media/advertising with a background in management, logistics and customer service. Blake participated in mission trips during high-school and college where he worked on construction crews in Central America, South America and the United States. He has been involved with his church community where he taught elementary Sunday School and works with middle school students.

Blake is a father to two beautiful children and a husband to a wonderful wife. He loves Colorado sports and deep-sea fishing. Blake is a second-generation owner in this family business.

Don was a Project Manager with Campbell Roofing prior to working in the insurance industry for almost a decade.  As a property adjuster, Don was responsible for local claims and supported catastrophe events regionally.  We are happy to have him back as he is an integral member of the Campbell Roofing family.  Don played college baseball in South Carolina after pitching at Pine Creek in Colorado Springs.  In addition to baseball, his other passions include duck hunting, camping and golf.

Hollie is a licensed General Contractor in Colorado Springs, and Douglas County.  Her background includes managing new home construction from the ground up. She has worked all phases of home building to include foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, and final sign off on certificates of occupancy. In addition to her background in new construction, she has also worked with Habitat for Humanity managing renovation projects and volunteer teams. Over the last several years, Hollie has worked as a coach in the public school system.  Hollie loves her family, and enjoys all things Colorado outdoors – snow skiing, hiking, biking, and camping.

Josh joined Campbell Roofing in 2020 and has a background in roofing, technology, management and customer service.

Josh’s love of BBQ, camping, fishing, shooting and hunting make him a great addition to the team.

He also enjoys traveling with his beautiful wife and spending time at the ocean and boating as much as possible.

Patrick is an experienced Soldier, Manager, and Salesman. He brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to the Campbell team. His background in manufacturing, distribution, and sales help us serve our customers well. Patrick is active in the National Guard, and is a hobby farmer/arborist. Patrick enjoys guitar, TACSAT, FM Networks, hiking, cybersecurity, volunteering, and Linux. He has a beautiful and growing family. Kerrick joined the team in the summer of 2023. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran, and his experience also includes site management at a turbine wind farm in eastern Colorado. Kerrick loves people, and his passion to serve is core to the customer experience we provide. In addition to supporting our customers, he supports the crews, along with the field and office staff. Everything we do as a company is more energetic, passionate, and people oriented because of his influence. You will not find a person on this planet that works harder or is more dedicated to your satisfaction.

Jason has been working with Campbell Roofing since 2016 as a project manager. He is a licensed civil engineer with over 20 years of experience in various aspects of design, construction, and project management. Prior to becoming an engineer he spent summers working on construction crews for residential and light commercial development. Jason uses his design and construction experience to support communities and the church around the world through service with Engineering Ministries International. He and his wife have four kids and enjoy being active in Colorado as well as traveling to new places together.

Tim supports Campbell Roofing, Inc through the sales process. His focus on customer service and customer satisfaction is foundational to his approach. Tim’s background includes programming – both hardware and software, brand management, marketing, and systems integration/implementation. Tim enjoys piano, spending time with his amazing family, and volunteering with multiple organizations.
