The Campbell Roofing Team

Blake Hodge is a second-generation owner of Campbell Roofing, Inc., a family-owned roofing company serving Colorado since 1984. He began his career with the company in 2004 as a Customer Service Representative and advanced through the organization, becoming Operations Manager and General Manager in 2011 before becoming an owner in 2015.
In his role as Operations Director, Blake oversees day-to-day operations, team development, and long-term strategic planning. He also serves as the company’s licensed contractor, ensuring compliance with state requirements and maintaining consistent standards of quality, safety, and workmanship across all projects.
Prior to joining Campbell Roofing, Blake worked in non-profit media and advertising, where he developed experience in management, logistics, and customer service. That background contributed to his emphasis on communication, operational efficiency, and customer experience within a field-driven industry.
Blake has also participated in youth-focused volunteer initiatives and international construction service projects, contributing to hands-on building efforts in communities across Central and South America as well as within the United States. These experiences helped shape his practical understanding of construction environments and collaborative project work.

Don Ballard brings a unique combination of roofing and insurance experience to Campbell Roofing, Inc., developed through years working on both sides of the claims process. He began his career with the company as a Project Manager, building a strong foundation in residential roofing systems, storm damage assessment, and project execution in Colorado’s demanding environment.
He later spent nearly a decade as a property adjuster with Traveler’s Insurance, where he handled residential claims and supported catastrophe response efforts across multiple regions. In that role, Don evaluated storm-related damage, interpreted policy coverage, and worked directly with homeowners and contractors to ensure claims were resolved accurately and in accordance with policy standards.
This dual perspective allows him to approach each project with a clear understanding of both construction requirements and insurance expectations. His experience in damage assessment, scope development, and claims documentation helps ensure that work is properly justified, accurately executed, and aligned with coverage.
As Co-owner and Director of Field Operations, Don oversees project delivery with an emphasis on accuracy, accountability, and long-term performance. He works closely with homeowners throughout the inspection and claims process, providing straightforward guidance based on real-world experience.
Don moved to Colorado during the middle of his 8th grade year and later attended Pine Creek High School, where he played baseball before continuing at the collegiate level in South Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys baseball, duck hunting, camping, and golf.

She currently serves as General Manager at Campbell Roofing, where she oversees company operations with a focus on quality control, scheduling, and execution across multiple active projects.

Her experience included coordination across all major phases of construction, including foundation work, framing, mechanical systems, and final inspections through certificate of occupancy. This work provided a strong foundation in how residential structures are built and delivered at scale.
She also gained additional field experience through Habitat for Humanity, where she managed residential renovation and restoration projects and coordinated volunteer teams in executing repairs and rebuild efforts.
Following her time in construction project management, Hollie transitioned into coaching within the public school system. In that role, she developed leadership, communication, and team development skills that continue to support her effectiveness in operations and personnel management.
Hollie also brings advanced knowledge of roofing systems and building science, including Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) requirements, ventilation design, and multiple roofing applications such as metal, low-slope, and asphalt systems. This technical expertise supports her ability to evaluate project scope, ensure code compliance, and guide field execution at a high level.
Outside of work, Hollie is an avid endurance cyclist and participates annually in RAGBRAI (Register’s Annual Great Bicycle Ride Across Iowa), a 500+ mile cross-state cycling event.
