About Don Ballard
Don Ballard brings a perspective most roofing contractors can't offer — he's worked both sides of the claims process. After building his foundation as a Project Manager at Campbell Roofing, he spent nearly a decade as a property adjuster with Travelers Insurance, evaluating storm damage, interpreting policy coverage, and managing catastrophe response across multiple regions.
That dual experience — construction and insurance — means he understands exactly what adjusters look for and how to document and scope work that holds up through the claims process. As Co-owner and Director of Field Operations, Don oversees project delivery with an emphasis on accuracy, accountability, and long-term performance.
A Colorado Springs area resident since middle school and a Pine Creek High School alum, Don enjoys baseball, duck hunting, camping, and golf when he's not on a jobsite.
